There is usually something that can be salvaged from the demolition of buildings. When ever possible we reuse these in the new work. Our clients, Stephen and Marcela were particularly keen on this notion wanted the history of the house being expressed in the new building.

In this case, hardwood floor joists from the demolished rear wing were carefully removed and set aside for reuse as the dining table.
